Pricing & Packages

The pricing. We keep it simple, with no fancy names like Gold or Platinum, or the Ultimate. At the end of the day, it's all about time. How long we are with you.

However, there are a few choices to be made. Photography, Videography or both, and who you want doing it. There is the Senior Rate with Dom and the Junior Rate with Tomas.

So you can have one of us for either service, or both of us for the complete package of both, you just choose which way round you want it.

Drone Videography

We have a drone and we'd love to be able to use at your big day to get aerial footage of your venue, and give different angles of certain parts of the day like the group shots and the couples portrait session.

The drone is an added cost because there is always a slim chance that it might not be able to fly, and so if you have paid for the drone, if it doesn't fly you get that cost back. The reasons for not being able to fly could be as simple as the weather, rain or high wind, or it could be that your venue is close to an airport, and lastly it could be because of a NOTAM, a temporary no fly zone.

However, in many cases the drone is good to go, will fly and will capture some wonderful footage, all for the additional cost of an extra £125. The drone is only available where the senior photographer/videographer is part of your chosen package.

Yearly Pricing

There are no plans to increase the Senior Photography prices before 2025, so if you book for Senior Photography now for 2025 you'll get the price you see today.

However, the Junior rate will increase for 2025 in line with Tomas' experience levels, so if you are booking now for 2025 please add £100 to each listed Junior Price whether that's photography or videography.

Senior Videography, any bookings for 2025 onwards, the price will match the Senior Photography rate.

FAQ

Do you shoot destination weddings?

It depends on what you define as destination. At this moment in time I don't travel abroad for weddings because the amount of gear I take to weddings would make airport travel pretty hard work. However I will travel the UK, so give a me a shout if your wedding is away from the south east because I can still do it, but it might take a little extra planning and a small extra fee.

Will there be a second shooter?

Nope. There is no second shooter, not unless you want one, in which case a second shooter can be had for an extra £300.

Having a second shooter isn't a must if you can compromise on what gets shot and when. Planning the day well will almost always mean very little gets missed without a second shooter.

However, there will be some things that do get missed, like I really can't be with both of the couple in the morning if they are miles apart, and I can't get a second angle of the ceremony, so a second shooter does have its uses. So if you really want one let me know asap as I have a few people who I can use, so would need to get them booked up!

Can I extend the session on the day of?

Short answer, yes.

Long answer, of course it depends on not having an evening booking for somewhere else that follows on from your booking, but if you hire me for a half day and then on the day decide you'd like me for longer then just ask, as I will stay if all is well for me to be able to do so.

Plus, although it would be good if you could pay the extra on the day, you don't have to because I can invoice you afterwards, and as I still hold the extra imagery it won't get edited or released until the extra fee invoice is paid.

What kind of gear do you use?

Great question, and a very important one to.

You will find photographers who state "It's not the gear, its the photographer" and whilst I advocate that in as much as the photographer does need to know what they are doing, and know their gear inside out, the gear itself is just as important.

Whats the use of having a great photographer turn up if all they use is a KidiZoom!

I shoot with Fujifilm. I have the X-T4 and X-T3, and they are both awesome cameras. I did used to shoot Nikon's and whilst they were great and never really let me down I felt it was time for a change, and these Fuji cameras are so great I can now do videography to a very high standard as well.

Not gonna lie, I did worry that moving away from what I knew so well, was gonna be a bad move, but its been anything but a bad move. Loving life, and the quality, of being a Fujifilm Shooter.

Do I have to order prints through you?

The bridal couple will get a link to download the images, and effectively you are free to do with them as you please where printing for your own personal use is concerned.

However, you can order prints through me with the knowledge that the prints you get will be of the highest quailty, via high end calibrated printers on consistently high quality paper, compared to High Street, discounted online style printers who mass print via printers with the cheapest inks and papers they recently bulk bought to enable cheaper printer prices to customers.

Are you insured?

You darn skippy I am!

No matter whether its Photography, Videography or Drone work, I will be fully insured, with public liability, to the job properly with peace of mind that I am covered in the event of anything happening.

How do I book you?

Booking is simple. Just get in touch, we can have a chat, make sure you definitely want to book, and then I take some details off of you.

I then create an official quote, if you like it and accept it we move on to the contract. If your happy and you sign it we then finish off with the booking fee payment that can be sorted online via any major form of credit/debit card.
